"The best thing about this item is that you don't have to buy anything else. Everything comes in the package and you even save yourself a whole lot of money. I love this package especially since it is my baby's first birthday and we are short on money! I would recommend this item to everyone!"

"I really enjoyed the Care Bear birthday supplies I purchased through Celebrate Express online. The package is afordable and I got everything I needed to decorate my daughters party room in Care Bears. She is so exicted that I could get the items for her party they did'nt sell them in stores around us.
