"This package was perfect for my daughter's party!! I love using Celebrate Express, because they carry the hard to find decorations. The packages are awesome and include everything you need. The decorations looked exactly like they do in the picture and my daughter thought they were "sooo beautiful". I really liked the addition of the heart confetti! All in all a great product for a great price and they arrived right on time!! Definitely worth the money!"
