"This is the first year I bought from Celebrate. All other years we bought from the stores and would end up with just generic plates and cups with balloons. Then I would put together the gift bags. The kids saw an all Pokemon theme this year and got all excited that they were having a "real" birthday party."

"The items I received were great, but I did not get everything that was stated in the book. I called your company and they are sending the missing items, but I noticed I was supposed to get 2 streamers and they are sending me ribbons instead. So I had to go and buy streamers."
