"I ordered this banner for my nephew to celebrate his birthday. My banner arrived on time, and was very colorful and professionally done!
The party was held at a park on a very windy day. The grammets that were fabricated with the banner were awesome! It's water-proof! Most importantly, my Nephew loved seeing Elmo!"
