"After reading the reviews about the weights I was a little concerned, however I just cut some squares out of the cardboard that came with the package and used clear packing tape and it worked wonderfully. The kids at the party loved it!! The adults thought it was really cool also. Very easy to blow up, clear instructions, Met my expectations and then some!! Very good!!"

"I got the balloon went to blow it up and as soon as I blew it up the balloon busted so my son didnt even get to have it at his 1st birthday party very upset that I spent the money and didnt get to use the item"

"Elmo was the hit of the party, but expect little boys to punch and dance with him. Because of this, the adhesive and cardboard "weights" on his feet came off. This caused him to float away into the sky. If I were to do it again, I would use duct tape to secure the weights to the balloon to ensure safe grounding."

"This Elmo balloon was great! When my son first saw it, he grabbed its hand and tried to drag it around the party with him! I was worried about it staying inflated long enough because I've seen reviews on here about it not staying inflated long enough. But I didnt have that problem. In fact, its been over a week since the party and the elmo balloon is still inflated in my sons room. It still walks around and everything. I would definately recommend this if your child likes Elmo."

"We loved obtaining this balloon for our Son's first birthday. I would have given it a 5 star rating had it had better instructions for inflating the balloon. Due to the minimal instructions, one foot popped, which was disappointing."

"I purchased this for my daughter's 2nd birthday party and was a bit nervous spending the money on this (after hearing some problems others had with the air not lasting/weight adhesives not staying--fixable with scotch tape). We had Elmo and Big Bird (purchased later) blown up with helium for $2.50 a piece the morning of her party--very cold and windy but they managed ok. My daughter's reaction--running with smiles, kisses and hugs for her Elmo and Big Bird was worth every penny. She walked around the room holding both of them for at least 10 minutes before her guests arrived, and the same joy of their presence was shared by the other tots who came. Two weeks after her big day they still are floating around. She's eaten meals with them next to her and watched "Come and Play" with them by her chair, holding their hands. No regrets on this purchase!"

"I think the best part about this is the delivery date, my son's party was changed to a closer date and I was worried it wasn't going to get here on time, it ended up coming 3 days before it said it should have. "The balloon served it's purpose, however; very flimsy & did not last! We got it filled w/air, and just within an hour of it being played with (very lightly) it burst. Therefore; the kids could not enjoy it through out the party!"
