"My son was very excited to get this costume and when it arrived it was very disappointing. The helmet was bent, and parts of the helmet were not black, it is as if the black coating wasn't put on all parts of the mask. The body suit was extremely difficult for him to get into and he has a small frame for an 8 year old. I'm glad I only spent $19 on this costume and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it holds together on Halloween night! We may end up buying another costume just in case."

"The quality of this costume is poor, the helmet is already cracked the plastic is so weak. It is acceptable for a one occasion event, but will not stand up to repeated wear. Certainly not worth $40, maybe about $15."

"we were making Halo costumes for our boys, we painted the padding to look like armor. we used this and a storm trooper; they look great! bought the helmet here too, perfect. very original. very cheap! (since Halo costume does not come in childrens sizes.)"

"I have been ordering Halloween costumes and Birthday supplies from you for 6 years. This is the first time I have been disappointed. I think I know why this product was on clearance. The mask is so badly bent that my so will know be able to wear it. Also, the velcro does not even match up in several places. Very disappointed with this purchase!!"

"My son couldn't wait to get his halloween costume for this year, and I was happy to be getting it on sale. This is a halloween costume so I know that the quality isn't going to be the best, but I was a little disappointed that the velcro had come off of the mask before we even got it out of the box. We found most of the pieces, and I hot glued them back on so hopefully they will last for Halloween. I will have to buy some more as some of the pieces were never found. Otherwise, my son really enjoys the costume."

"costume is near impossible to get in. It looks like the one I received had been returned before. The mask is impossible to see out of and the pads were all warped. I can't imagine this product sold for the list price."

"very disappointed in quality of items. Custom is extremely small my child will not be able to wear clothes underneath. Helmet is poor quality. Can't even see out the eye opens real blurry, tried cleanint them no help. The felt part between the legs sticks straight up and looks bad."

good costume with one problem

"Both of my boys, age 8 and 6 wanted to be Shadow Troopers this year. We ordered the costumes and were fairly pleased with the suits. The only real problem is getting my sons into the costume itself. There is only a small hole at the neck for access. My oldest is very slim and even he had problems getting his arms in the sleeves with the limited amount of room provided with the neck. I decided to rip the seam down the back to the waist and put on some velcro tabs to close it once it was on my child. This solved the problem, but for the money I paid, even on sale, it shouldn't have been an issue. The kids like the costumes very much, but I'm a bit disappointed."

"Yes, the product does run a little small but we always have to order larger to fit jackets under costume (it gets cold in CO for Halloween). My son absolutely LOVES this costume. Even the 501st Storm Troopers were very impressed at the Halloween party we attended."
