"The costume is nice, but I'm a lot taller than the model in the picture. I didn't realize that is was going to be quite so short."

"I bought this costume for myself, and I ordered a size medium. The costume is made from a stretchable fabric, and fits snug on the body. I'm only 5'3 weighing at 143 pounds. If you fall in this criteria, I would suggest to get the large. The medium would fit you well, but I personally think you'd feel more comfortable in the large. The frilly skirt part actually sits high on the waist not at the hips like the picture. But over all it's a very put together, cute costume."
