"My son wanted a "spooky" costume to play dress up at home so I ordered this for him along with his Halloween costume. This is a lot cuter in person than it looks here. He loves it. But like the Halloween costume we ordered (the Army Ranger costume) the hat is WAY too small. Where the heck are all these hats made? Must be a place with a lot of tiny-headed people."
