"My son picked this costume out of many for Halloween. He's 8 and is tall for his age so I ordered a 10/12. It fit on top but from the waist down was too tight and short in the torso. We kept it and he's going to wear black cargo pants over the costume on the bottom. The helmet is also really large. We're going to have to find a way to make it fit tighter on his head."

"I had been looking for a Halo Chief costume for my 9 year old son for Halloween, but I could only find it in an adult xs. I came across the Recon Commando costume and decided to order it, along with the special ops knife. My son loved it!! No other boys in our neighborhood had the costume, and his friends thought he was the coolest! I liked this costume because it stayed closed in the back with a zipper, as opposed to the velcro closures that leave a gap in the back. We received it within just a few days of ordering it."

"This was a perfect Halloween costume for my 9 year old son. We refrain from purchasing violent costumes, but those are of course the ones all little boys want. This recon army costume made not only my little boy happy, but mom happy as well! I would definately recommend this costume, it wasn't hard to get in and out of the car to trick or treat, and it kept my son warm. It also came with all of the extras that I would normally have to purchase, like the helmet, goggles, gloves, etc. I plan on returning to Celebrate Express next year to purchase our Halloween costumes!"

"My son and I where shopping online for his costume. He found the one he wanted. It came right on the day it was stated to come. My son was so happy it was a exactly what he wanted. The only disappointment was I ordered the wrong size. I called customer service. They were very helpful and took the item back credit me and my son and I ordered the right one. He had such a great time in his costume at all of the parties he went to. It was a well made too."

"My little guy is 7 yrs old. He picked this costume out in August! He got the accessories with it! Thank goodness it was a little cool on halloween or he would have burned up! The face mask & helmet didn't stay in place so he had to take it off to trick or treat so he could see. The quality was good & he loved it ... that is all that matters!"

The gun accessory (as shown in the picture) has no attachment, so it ended up staying at home during trick-or-treat."

"I was really impressed with the quality of this costume. Typically, I think boys' costumes all look the same... like pajamas with a mas, but this one has a lot of detail. The mask and goggles are really light weight, so my son will actually wear them, and it comes with lots of pieces, so you can make the costume look different just by removing a piece here and there (Ex: the gloves, or different parts of the mask)."

"It is well made of a soft fabric that has a nice weight. I think it is going to hold up well. My son is just turning 8 in October and is moving into size 8 clothes. I ordered a large and it fits well. He loves the knife too! The helmet gets off balance. The goggles fit well."

"This was a cool costume my son loved but he couldn't wear is because it was way so small. We bought a 10/12 which is what he wears in regular clothes but it was way to small. He was very disapointed. Warning the sizes runs small."
