"This costume is heavy fabric and looks fabulous on my daughter. The sequins give it a little extra and the hair bows that come with it were perfect. I was actually surprised by how nice it was. Would definitely recommend and will probably be able to use for several years."

"This was perfect for my daughter who was 1 1/2. She is tall for her age, 35 inches so I did order 2 sizes and went with the bigger one for length. The only down fall of the dress was that the circle glitter does fall off easy. Other than that it was beautiful and perfect for her for holloween and dress up!"

"This costume is perfect. I think its true to size if your child is in the normal height range. I had to get size bigger so the dress would be longer. Although its a little big through the top, you cant tell when you tie it in the back. It is really sparkly. You do have to wear a shirt under it. I think it is well worth the money!"

"The cuff part (bottom of the sleeve) is way to tight on my child. I had to use a seam ripper and undo it and just leave it open so it would be more comfortable."

"I purchased this costume for my daughter and although the quality of the costume is much better than what you find in the stores, this costume does run small. My daughter is 4 years old, typically wears a size 5 due to her height and while her measurements fell within the suggested range for this size 4-6, the costume was a little short on her and did not fit her around her upper back. We could barely close the costume in that area. For that reason, I am very disappointed because the sizes are misleading. I had to return this costume and purchase the larger size (which is a tad large) and I couldn't even get my S&H waived completely on the return purchase and/or the new purchase. I hope Costume Express revamps their suggested Size Chart so that others are not inconvenienced the way I was."

"Package arrived quick. The dress is very cute and made my daughter very happy. We ordered a size larger and it fits well. A little bit big around the chest area, but comfortable. Some of the sequence falls off, but no so much to ruin the costume. My daughter loves the costume!"

"I didn't realize that blue checked fabric is covered w sparkles that are spray glued on. They fall off all over everything. Definitely will have sparkles all over thefloor, car, etc. So, DD will not be able to transition this costume into her dress up box after Halloween for playtime, which is a shame. Recommend the manufacturer purchase fabric sans spray on sparkles or in the alternative with sewn on sparkles so the kids get more use of product w less mess for the parents!"

"I got this for my daughters 3rd birthday. She loves the Wizard of Oz. We also got the basket with Toto. The dress is SUPER cute. My daughter normally wears a size 4T so I got the small 4-6- it fits perfectly, a little bit of room to grow, but you can tie the back tight to fit. She loves it, and so do I."

"My 3 1/2 year old grandaugther was into The Wizard of Oz this Christmas. I had gotten a different Dorothy costume from a big chain store and sent it back. This one was so cute and the subtle sequins all over it made it twice as cute. The fabric was a higher quality than the first one. The matching blue and white hair ribbons were a sweet accessory. She wore it all Christmas day.
The best part was the speed in which the costume came. I had gotten a Harry Potter costume from Costume Express within two days the previous week and so when I had to return the first Dorothy costume I needed another one fast! Costume Express did not disappoint me.
I will definitely use Costume Express again!"

"My 3 year-old daughter didn't want to take this costume off for 2 weeks. It sparkled beautifully. However, I got a size 2-4 b/c she's a small petite size 2/3 and her under arm and side stitching ripped easily when she lifted her arms. It washed well in cold water but the ripped seams was disappointing. If I would've known I would've gotten the next size up. That's the reason for my 4-star rating."
