"For a little girl who dreams of being Dorothy, it is a big splurge. For a girl who thinks it would be fun to be Dorothy, go to the 2nd hand store and buy a blue dress. This costume is cute, but not worth $40."

"Just darling! The sparkles on the dress left my daughter thrilled. The dress ties in the back so it fits anyone that falls within the weight/height category. The bows for the hair are adorable. Also, the basket with Toto (Dorothy's dog) is a must have for the costume. My daughter can't stop twirling."

"Ordered my 5-yr-old a size 4-6. Didn't find anything on the size chart to tell me otherwise. The package states "size 4-6...for 3-4 yr-old"! So...order a size up! Otherwise, nice thick material, seems to be constructed well. Hair bows are nice too."

"This isn't your typical halloween costume...it seems to be made very well. The little sparkles do seem to come off, but it doesn't seem to affect the costume overall. I love the lace that is under the dress...kind of gives it that little extra zip :o)"

"This dress is actually prettier in person than on the pic. It is also high quality- not a flimsy material at all. The only reason I couldn't give it an excellent rating is because the sparkles fall off REALLY bad. These aren't sewed on sequins, the're more like stickers. There are thousands on the dress but, there are almost as many on my floor, couch, and anywhere my child has been! My daughter is happy, though and wears it constantly!"
