"I bought 2 of these rings. I figured what can I loose for .99 cents. They actually are great little rings. They both work with a twist of the skull. My three year old granddaughter loves it also her twenty something mother loves her's. They shine bright in the dark. Can't beat the quality we received for .99 cent."
