"We ordered this to go with the Can Can dress. The flower is a little large for a little girls neck. Quality is good.
If you order the dress the hat does not come with it. Need to order seperate."

"In the picture on the model the flower looks large, but basically the perfect size for a little girl. In reality the flower is huge even on an adult. WAY too big for my 5 year old. She still likes it and intends to wear it, but I'm pretty sure it will be off her sooner than later since it isn't comfortable or well made."

"I bought this for a 12 yr old and it's way too big to fit on her neck under her chin like the photo shows, to make it work I will have to remove some of the petals. it's around 6 inches round. Also the neckband is only one inch wide and is flimsy
lace where the skin shows thru when worn so doesn't look solid black and the weight of the flower makes it droop, on the plus side it's color does look good with the dress and I'd think that would be hard to find elsewhere. I plan on replacing the neckband and the flower is just pinned on so it will be easy to change"
