"Although this is a nice addition, it was unnecessary. My son played with it for a day and then was done. Since most schools ban "weapons" he wasn't even allowed to wear it with his costume and so even though it was nice, it wasn't used. Save your money and pass on this."

"My 4.5 year old is going to be Indianna Jones for Halloween and when he got this item, he loved it!!!! (At first he thought it was a lasso lol) I'm glad its made of foam and it safe. I would recommend this to anyone who needs an accessory like it. :)"

"My 8-year-old, who is going to be Indianna Jones for Halloween, is disappointed in this whip. I, however, think it is perfectly fine, and don't see a problem. I think he wanted a "real" whip and thought it would be longer. This whip appears to made of something similar to craft foam, which is definatly safer than real leather. It is 4', I believe, which is long enough. I recommend this product for children or anyone who needs an inexpensive costume whip."
