"I order this for my 1 year old daughter, I was really excited to put it on when I discovered it was broken, talked to customer service and they sent a new one for free, this time it was in good shape but was a little disappointing to get the first one broken."

"As soon as I pulled it out of the wrapping the head band broke. Needless to say my daughter was extremely upset because she was waiting for days for it to come in the mail and use with her Halloween costume. Would not waste money on it."

"I ordered the Abby Cadabby costume for my daugther. The dress is extremely cute; however, this headband broke when I was taking off the tag. It is extremely flimsy."

"The first one I received was broken, so I contacted Customer Service. They were kind enough to send me a replacement with no shipping. However, the 2nd one came broken. The headband snaps in half before even trying to use it.... and is then completely unusable. I was especially careful opening the package of the 2nd one and taking off the tags because I already knew it was poor quality from the 1st one. But it didn't matter.... it was already broken. I'm going to try to get a 3rd one, but I have a feeling if it's not already broken, it will break by the first hour my daughter wears it."

"This was so cute. My daughter loved this. It's a lot sturdier than I thought it would be. The girls have had it in their dress up stuff to play with for 6 months now and it still hasn't broken or unraveled at all."
