"This was a big disappointment. The belt of the dress was 3 1/2 inches wide on the right side and 1 inch by the time it got around to the left. Looks awful. The sizing is not true to the size chart. This is extremely small. DO not order the toddler size unless you have a 2 year old. I took the measurements and ordered- the dress doesn't even cover her entire bottom. Only good part was the wrist bands and boot covers did fit and were cute."
