Cute but a little flat

"I have been purchasing balloons from your company as part of birthday supply packages for about 8 years now. I have always been absolutely satisfied with everything and think that your company is wonderful!!! Over the past couple of years, I have found that although the balloons are very cute, they don't float for more than one day which is different than in the past. Maybe it's an issue with the helium rather than the baloons...I'm not sure. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied with all of your products and your excellent service!!"
