"I've hosted 2 pirate parties in the past 3years and I've never been disappointed of the quality of these party pirate hats! Sure, they are made of paper but it fits all sizes and its perfect for all ages! Even if they were meant for my kids goodie bags even their parents wanted to use them! It's a great investment! Plus I received them in the mail quickly even if I live in Hawai'i!"

"Yes, I read the reviews before purchasing and still bought them. If you have a lot of time and a good bit of energy you can probably alter them, but I decided to go to the dollar store and buy real hats made from foam instead.
