"Others complained that there wasn't "stickies" attached, but I found it easier to attach to the high chair by using my own tape anyway. It really designed it cute, but be prepared to fluffy it up yourself. It comes completely flat. Very cute once attached!"

"I thought this would look great for my Godson's highchair however when I received it - it looked like a mess! The fringe was awful, it was bent and some were ripped when put in the package. I wouldn't recommend this to a friend."

"We bought this for our son's 1st birthday. I was a bit disappointed because it looks a bit different than the picure. The mat was great. No problems. But the streamer things were difficult to attach. All it is is the streamer with a string on each end. So if you have a high chair that the tray slides out you cant attach this to the rail. or you cant get your child in and out of the high chair. So we ended up having to tape it to the high chair..."

"I wanted to go a little overboard for my son's 1st birthday...I thought making his high chair a little throne might be fun. The banner was a little hard to secure and would be easily ripped off by a determined toddler, but with all the fuss over the cake he ignored it enough to take pictures. Definitely wouldn't be something you could use more than once."

"I had thought this was going to be really nice but it appeared sort of flimsy. The part that is supposed to go around the chair had nothing to tie it there with and we ended up having to tape it. Needless to say, it fell off a short time later. I would have been happy to see something that would secure it to the chair. The mat on the bottom we ended up using as a banner since we didn't do a smash cake."

"This is a cute idea,but the part that hangs around the tray of the high chair is cheaply constructed and the string gets allcaught up in the baby's legs, you must use tape, then the baby wants to eat it.when i bought it i thought it would be elastic, but it is not."
