Mass produced causes quality control

"When we got the wand within 5 minutes of my daughter waving it around the butterfly fell off the top. It was not attached correctly. There is a spring that attaches the two pieces together so if not glued right, it will come off like ours. Birthday Express sent out another right away and this one seems better though it is not going to hold up for long."
