"This is a very cute costume. The only drawback is that, while the wings do detach, they are only attached with a small strip of velcro, so they don't stay in place well. We'll be using safety pins to keep them on. Otherwise, it's a good deal, and my daughter loves it."

"Really cute costume at a reasonable price. Had to pin the wings to keep them expanded but otherwise great. My daughter is usually a sz 6 but the sz 8-10 was perfect and will last several months."

Not what I had hoped for

"I found this costume to be extremely flimsy. The wings would not stay in place at all, instead they hung down drooping. I even tried sewing them into place like the picture shows but even that was short lived, the wings are just not that sturdy. The fabric was cheap feeling and the tulle at the bottom was rough and scratchy. I was not impressed with this costume at all."

"My 7 year old loves her new ladybug costume. It fits well and looks really cute on her. The only thing we would complain about is that the wings are only held on by a small piece of velcro and do NOT stay on at all. We are going to have to rig the wings on Halloween with some safety pins or something. But other than that she really likes it. We also ordered the tights and the ladybug antennae and she might even need to wear a long sleeve black shirt under it if it is really cold on Halloween. Overall, great costume!!"
