"The wig arrived looking nothing like the picture - even the color looks different. The texture of the hair was frizzy, dull, and ratty-looking, and it was all bent out of shape from being packed. After washing it with baby shampoo, gently brushing it out, and using an iron on low heat (I protected the wig with a cloth), it finally looks a little better. I guess you get what you pay for, but I would have rather not spent that time on it."

"Wig was more gray than blonde and was not nearly as smooth looking as in the picture. Basically it looked nothing like the pic, but I dealt with it. It was okay."
